Step-by-Step User Action

  1. User selects a BioPAX document to edit
  2. The system performs ../AutoDrawBioPax

  3. The user edits the map by repositioning objects on the map
  4. The user edits the map by adding features
  5. The user performs ../EditAnnotation

  6. The user edits the map by removing features and annotations
  7. Steps 3, 4, 5 and 6 are repeated as necessary
  8. The user saves the map
  9. When the map is re-opened all of the layout changes are preserved

Importance
