I will follow the following schedule:
- contact both the assigned and involved developers
- create rfc's for each subject
- define use cases in the rfc
- have them reviewed
- based on use case; propose software design in the rfc (on separate page)
- have this reviewed
- plan, assign tasks
- create project in svn; coding in short-cycled internal releases
