Summary
A user wants to edit a map using an existing BioPAX document as a starting point.
Step-by-Step User Action
- User selects a BioPAX document to edit
The system performs ../AutoDrawBioPax
- The user edits the map by repositioning objects on the map
- The user edits the map by adding features
The user performs ../EditAnnotation
- The user edits the map by removing features and annotations
- Steps 3, 4, 5 and 6 are repeated as necessary
- The user saves the map
- When the map is re-opened all of the layout changes are preserved
