Introduction
There were some discussions in the cytoscape-discuss mailing list about how to proceed to use external libs in a plugin. Questions "like where to put the libs?" arose. The aim of this page is to collect information and experiences about this topic, so feel free to add content here.
Where to put the libraries

While trying to do this with Jython I got some errors that stopped the loading of other plugins. Does anyone had similar experience?

Another possibility (from the same thread above) is to put all the libs in a unique jar file.
