Title: Undirected edge support in cytoscape3
Abstract:
I will be describing the changes expected in cytoscape3 to support undirected edges. True support for undirected edges has been a long-standing whishlist item for cytoscape. With the upcomming 3.0, cytoscape will fully support undirected edges and mixed networks (which contain undirected and directed edges). This support, however, will mean that some semantic changes are needed. I will describe these changes and their impact on users and plugin developers.
