This page summarizes the platforms Cytoscape 3 has been tested on and any workarounds that need to be done to get it to install and launch.

Testers: Please ensure you try running the default installed edition of Java for each platform. If Java does not come pre-installed, install whatever default is given at http://java.com.

Haven't tested installer on this platform yet.
The default Gatekeeper settings cause an error saying the DMG is damaged. We need to sign our installer DMG somehow to avoid this. Users can work around this by disabling Gatekeeper temporarily (System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Allow applications downloaded from → Anywhere)
