I will follow the following schedule:

 1. contact both the assigned and involved developers
 1. create rfc's for each subject
 1. define use cases in the rfc
 1. have them reviewed
 1. based on use case; propose software design in the rfc (on separate page)
 1. have this reviewed
 1. plan, assign tasks
 1. create project in svn; coding in short-cycled internal releases
