The source code of [[http://htmldoc.org/|htmldoc]] is GPLed so you can just download it, compile and run. There are precompiled binaries at [[http://www.easysw.com/htmldoc/|Easy Software Products]], but they cost money, so if you can compile by yourself you can have it for free.

If you are using Debian GNU/Linux (like me), you just need to do this:

$ apt-get install htmldoc
}}}

and use it! :-)

I think other Linux distributions also have it.

For RPMs, you can try:
