Conference calls for core Cytoscape developers are held weekly.  All core Cytoscape team members are expected to attend these as much as possible.  We use one of the free conference call services for setting up the call:

 * http://freeconference.com/
 * http://www.telejunctions.com/

Follow the instructions for each service to set up a call and send the information to the list.

Note: we have had problems in the past with these services, so watch for these:
 * Reminder e-mail sent from service has wrong phone number.
 * Reservationless mode was used for many months and then the number stopped working. If we use this mode, we should periodically check that the number is still valid.

Originally, we were using the conference call service that the ISB owns one license for, but it has become more used recently and is difficult to book.  In the future, a dedicated conference call service may be available that is easier to use or more stable than the free conference services (though these are almost always reliable).
