Analogous to RFCs, the following discussion pages are single topic issues that are in need of feedback and group discussion.  Unlike RFCs, however, these discussions have not yet matured to concrete plans of action and thus provide an opportunity for group discussion ''prior'' to forming clear implementation plans.
