This will be part Tutorial/part interactive guided "How-To"s in response to participant questions.  Bring your issues and questions and after providing a general overview of Cytoscape development, we'll dive in and answer as many questions, issues, and scenarios as possible.  I plan on bringing lots of small code examples that we can work through.
